Jonathon Davis Scores His First Majors Victory In His SCCA Majors Debut, And Podiums Both Days

In a Spec Miata built and powered by Rossini, Jonathon Davis had a superb breakout weekend at Mid Ohio. He qualified 4th for Saturdays’ race, and then drove a stellar race to finish 3rd on the podium in his first SCCA Majors event. Not content with that, starting from 4th place on the grid he drove a masterful race to win Sunday’s race, his first Major’s victory. Two podiums in one weekend at a Majors, what an amazing result.
