Rossini Drivers Chip Van Vurst And George Munson Finish 1-2 At Roebling Road!

Rossini Racing team mates Chip Van Vurst and George Munson finished 1st and 2nd in Race 1 at the 2013 Jim Stark Memorial Double SARRC.

Chip started on the pole with George coming from P3 at the start and with a little help from Shea Hughes to take 2nd before Turn 2. The order ran Chip, George, Tom Hart into lap 5 before a costly mistake by Tom going into Turn 4 landed his car on the roof.

Fortunately the rollover was slow and no one was hurt. After the “Black Flag” racing continued. Chip Van Vurst, George Munson, and Shea Hughes completed the race in that order.
