Rossini drivers Jason Connole and Brian Wright show the way at VIR SARRC/MARRS event

The SARRC/MARRS double header brings the best regional racers from the SE and NE to compete head to head at one of the best track in the country, VIR

In Saturday’s Spec Miata race, a field of 73 drivers took the start, 42 of which were SARRC/MARRS competitors. Rossini drivers Jason Connole and Brian Wright finished 1st and 2nd in SARRC with Topher Everett in 3rd place

In Sunday’s race was going well, Jason Connole was we were leading in SARRC, but on lap 5 , while moving their way through lapped traffic, Jason caught a lapped car at the bottom of Hog Pen and got pushed wide, resulting in a spin. He was able to return to the track and chase down a 4th place finish. In the meantime Briab Wright hung on to a 2nd place finish behind Bradley Zilisch and ahead of Topher Everett
