WOW – 14 year old Rayce Dykstra podiums 5 out of his first 6 SCCA Spec Miata Races

Fourteen year old Rayce Dykstra has had an outstanding start to his Spec Miata career so far. With 3 SCCA events (one regional (1st and 2nd) and 2 Majors (2nd, 2nd and 3rd)) under his belt in the Colorado Region, Rayce has been on the podium 5 out of 6 races.

Being 14 years old and driving at all of the tracks for the first time, Rayce has had a steep learning curve. “I like the challenge of a new track and being able to take big chunks of time off every session and being competitive during the races” is how Rayce is approaching every race.

Rossini power has put him in contention against some very good competition and Rayce sums up his success so far, “I have been very blessed to have the opportunity to follow my racing dream and be helped out by some great racers in Colorado who have gone out of their way to help the new kid out!”
